Delivery
- Orders recieved Monday - Friday before 2 pm will be dispatched within 3 working days.
- Orders recieved after 2pm of Friday will not be despatched until the following Tuesday.
- Orders recieved before a Bank Holiday will not be sent out until the Wednesday.
- Orders for Helium Filled Balloons will be delivered on Saturdays before 12.00 noon by appointment, in local areas only.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Only the person placing the order will be asked to sign for the goods. No responsibility will be taken for good delivered late if every attempt has been made by Jumbo Parties to meet delivery deadlines. Jumbo Parties will not be responsible for late deliveries when our couriers or the Royal Mail have attempted to deliver on time and nobody has been at the delivery address to recieve goods. No refunds will be granted on this basis.
If for any reason the goods can not be delivered, a card will be left at the address. The card will have the courier company's telephone number on, please phone to arrange an alternative time for goods to be delivered. Should the customer fail to contact either the courier company or Jumbo Parties to arrange for delivery then the goods will be returned to Jumbo Parties and the customer will have to pay a further delivery charge for before the goods are delivered again.
Customers can request to have goods delivered to work addresses, but they must requested when placing the order and must be available to sign for goods. Jumbo Parties will not be held responsible if goods are damaged, once they are left by our couriers at a work place.
Delivery cost of £6.99 is for Uk Mainland only. For all other areas please phone price before placing your order. Jumbo parties will always compare our courier prices with the Royal Mail to ensure we can give you the cheapest postal rates possible.
